It depends on third-party infrastructure — including but not limited to Solana RPC providers, pump.fun's fee mechanism, the PumpPortal trading API, Vercel, Railway, Telegram, and the underlying blockchain itself — any of which can fail, change, rate-limit, or go offline without notice.
We do not guarantee: that any specific airdrop will occur; the timing of any airdrop or buyback; the size or value of any airdrop; that your wallet will be included in any given distribution; that the bot will run continuously or without bugs; or that historical drop frequency/size predicts future drops. Eligibility rules (holding thresholds, the whale-exclusion cap, bot-detection screening) may change at any time without notice, and automated bot-detection may incorrectly flag a real holder — we do not guarantee its accuracy.
Server outages, hosting-provider incidents, software bugs, exhausted gas/SOL balances, API downtime, or any other technical or operational problem may delay, reduce, or entirely prevent a claim, buyback, airdrop, burn, or milestone release.
